What are my sizing options for Pureshore Jewellery?
All of our Pureshore necklaces are supplied with a recommended necklace length. You will usually have the option to choose between two different lengths depending on how you like to wear your jewellery and what suits each particular design. Pureshore ring sizes are small, medium or large. Our Small size equates approximately to UK Wheatsheaf size J/K, Medium is approximately M/N and Large is P/Q. If you really love a piece in a size that we don’t offer, we can usually order this in for you subject to amended delivery times. All jewellery is subject to stock availability.
What materials are you designed made from?
Our designs are all 925 Sterling Silver with a 3-micron plating finish of Silver, Black Rhodium, Rose Gold or Yellow Gold with white or black diamond(s).
How do I look after my Pureshore Jewellery to keep it looking its best?
Love your Pureshore Jewellery? To make it love you back for longer, follow these simple steps! Wipe over with a soft cotton cloth (not a polishing cloth as this will strip away plating) after each wear. Additional cleaning can occasionally be done with warm mildly soapy water. It is important to avoid anti-bacterial soaps as these will encourage tarnishing. Store delicate jewellery pieces separately, in a soft jewellery pouch or sealed plastic bag/airtight container to reduce tarnishing and risk of scratching. Remove before swimming in chlorinated water as repeated exposure will lead to weakening and potential breakage. Avoid wearing jewellery when doing heavy work or sport as perspiration and household cleaners can cause damage too. Please be aware that plating will wear off over time. This is due to natural wear and tear and is not a defect. The more it is looked after the longer the plating should last.
Do you offer a warranty on your products and what can I do if something needs repairing outside of warranty?
We always advise following the care instructions on our website to keep your Pureshore jewellery looking it’s best for longer. We guarantee the plating on our designs for six months from date of purchase. If during this time you experience any issue, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with photographs and your order number and we will be able to advise. After the six-month time period has elapsed, it may still be possible to get your jewellery re-plated and/or fixed but at a cost to you. Please email email@example.com with your requirements and we will be happy to help. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any items for repair/re-plating if they have been adjusted by a third-party jeweller.
How do I pay for my products?
Our web boutique is hosted by WooCommerce and any payments are processed by Stripe and Paypal. We do not store any payment card details on our website.
Items Not Received
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you experience any issue with delivery of your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to investigate. Please note that we will not be able to re-send or issue a refund until we have investigated with the courier company. If they have evidence that the item was delivered as agreed, we will be unable to reimburse you. You are however welcome to take the issue up with the courier company direct.
Items Damaged in Transit
What if my items arrive damaged?
Whilst every care is taken to package your order securely, occasionally accidents do happen. If an item arrives broken or damaged in any way, please email us at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt along with photographic evidence and we will investigate fully to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Can I order items that you do not currently have in stock?
On occasion, it may be possible to pre-order items that we are expecting to arrive in our web boutique soon. If this is the case, it will be clearly stated on the item. In the event of ordering several items, some of which are on pre-order, your order will be sent as several shipments and separate delivery costs may be incurred.
